Afternoon walk around Greenmount Point, Coolangatta from Rainbow Bay is the most southern beach in Queensland and is patrolled all year, and is the home to the annual WSL Quik Silver and Roxy Pro surfing competitions.

The beach is north facing and offers views all the way to Surfers Paradise. There is a formed concrete path from Rainbow Bay ar0und Greenmount Point, but on low time you can walk around on the sand is the perfect way to spend the evening.
